Discover the unique essence of San Cristóbal on this 4-day itinerary! Upon arrival, we explore Cerro Tijeras and the captivating La Lobería Beach, home to sea lions and seabirds. Immerse yourself in history at the Interpretation Center and enjoy Mann Beach. We explore natural wonders such as El Junco Lagoon and Cerro Colorado Turtle Farm, where land turtles take center stage. Puerto Chino, with its secluded beach, closes out the experience, offering a unique encounter with the fauna and flora of the Galapagos. An unforgettable adventure from the first day to the last!
Upon arrival at San Cristóbal Airport, we will transfer you to the hotel for check-in, marking the beginning of your exciting adventure. Discover Cerro Tijeras, near Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, known for the magnificent frigatebirds that visit it, offering the opportunity to learn about and compare these incredible birds. Just 10 minutes from the airport, explore Playa La Lobería, a coral sand coastline inhabited by sea lions and other species, carefully maintained by National Park staff. Immerse yourself in the unique biodiversity of the Galápagos from the very first moment!
After breakfast, we headed off to exciting activities. At the Interpretation Center, we explored the complete history of the Galápagos Islands, from their volcanic origin to key events in their colonization. The Natural History Room details aspects such as climate and ocean currents. The Human History Room narrates significant events.
Then, at Playa Mann, a white sand beach, we enjoyed snorkeling in crystal clear waters. Its proximity to the town center makes it a recreational spot, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets. Go snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, and take photos to complete this unique experience!
After breakfast, we headed to the port to take the ferry to Santa Cruz Island and embark on exciting activities:
Charles Darwin Research Station: Discover conservation in action, observe giant tortoises, iguanas, and finches. Explore trails and the Van Straelen Interpretation Center to learn about marine life.
Bay Tour: A coastal yacht tour. Swim with sea lions at La Lobería, visit the Shark Channel and Iguanas Beach. Explore the romantic Canal del Amor (Channel of Love), the crevices between cliffs, and enjoy the peaceful Playa de los Alemanes (Germans Beach).
After breakfast, at the agreed time, we will enjoy the following activities in Santa Cruz:
Tortuga Bay: Ranked among the 25 best beaches in the world, we will take a 45-minute walk to this paradise-like white sand beach. A sanctuary for iguanas, sea turtles, and other species awaits us for swimming and enjoying beach games.
Upper Part: We will explore the natural habitat of around 8,000 giant tortoises on Santa Cruz. With a naturalist guide, we will tour the lava tunnels, majestic geological formations, and twin craters. We will discover the famous Scalesia forest, a plant endemic to the Galapagos, and enjoy the island's unique diversity.
After breakfast, at the agreed time, we will head to Baltra Airport to catch our return flight.

Upon arrival at San Cristóbal Airport, we will head to the hotel to check in and begin our exciting adventure. Cerro Tijeretas, located near Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, is a highlight frequented by frigatebirds, offering the opportunity to observe and learn about these majestic birds. Just 10 minutes from the airport, La Lobería Beach, with its coral sand, is home to a large population of sea lions and various birds, such as maria canaries, frigatebirds, and finches, along with large Galápagos marine iguanas, creating a landscape that is unique in the world.
After breakfast, we will explore:
Interpretation Center: Immerse yourself in the history of the Galapagos Islands through a tour that covers their natural, human, and conservation context. From their volcanic origins to crucial events such as the arrival of species, this center provides a comprehensive overview.
Mann Beach: Dive into the crystal clear waters of this white sand beach, perfect for snorkeling. Its proximity to the town center makes it an ideal recreational area and a place to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Explore and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Galapagos!
After breakfast, we headed to the port to board the ferry to Santa Cruz Island. Once there, we explored the highlands, home to approximately 8,000 giant tortoises that prefer the cool, humid climate of the highlands. During the tour, accompanied by a naturalist guide, we visited the lava tunnels and the Twin Craters, admiring the famous Escalecia forest, the preferred habitat of finches. The main activities include hiking, photography, and filming. Athletic shoes are recommended.
After breakfast, we will depart at the agreed time to enjoy the following activities: Tortuga Bay: This beach, ranked among the 25 best in the world, can be reached with a walk of approximately 45 minutes. With its white sand and crystal clear waters, it is a sanctuary for iguanas, sea turtles, and other species, offering opportunities for swimming and beach games. Bay Tour: A coastal tour, mainly by yacht, that begins at La Lobería, where you can swim with sea lions, manta rays, turtles, and various fish. After disembarking at the Shark Channel and Iguana Beach, the journey continues to the Canal del Amor, known for its romantic privacy. Other highlights include a visit to Las Grietas, an inlet between natural cliffs, and the peaceful Playa de los Alemanes.
After breakfast, we will depart at the agreed time for the pier to board the ferry to Isabela Island. Once there, we will head to Tintoreras, a fascinating islet. After a short boat ride, we will explore a trail where we can observe marine iguanas and, in season, witness their nesting process. We will continue to a ravine to observe the Tintoreras (white-tipped sharks) resting in shallow waters, regulating their temperature. Activities include snorkeling and swimming with Tintoreras, sea turtles, and a variety of tropical fish. At the end of the day, we will return to Santa Cruz.
After breakfast, at the agreed time, we will head to Baltra Airport to catch our return flight.

We recommend scheduling flights that arrive before noon to fully enjoy all activities. From Quito or Guayaquil, you will fly to Baltra Airport, where our bilingual naturalist guide will meet you and accompany you during the transfer to Puerto Ayora. During the journey between the airport and the Itabaca Channel, a fee of USD 5 per person will be charged. We will also make a stop in the upper part of the island, famous for its impressive lava tunnels and the presence of giant tortoises in a semi-natural environment.
After breakfast, we start the day with a tour of the bay, exploring La Lobería Island, home to a large colony of sea lions, ideal for snorkeling and admiring the diversity of the seabed. Then, we head to Punta Estrada to observe terns, boobies, frigatebirds, and sea lions. We visited the Canal de los Tiburones (Shark Channel) to observe sharks and enjoy panoramic views, followed by Playa de los Perros (Dog Beach) to see a colony of marine iguanas and enjoy panoramic views. We conclude with a visit to Las Grietas, a perfect place for swimming and snorkeling. After lunch, we explore the extensive Tortuga Bay Beach, famous for black turtle nesting, marine iguanas, sharks, and sea turtles. Return to the hotel.
After breakfast, around 7:00 a.m., transfer from the hotel to the pier to board the speedboat to Isabela Island, a 2.5-hour trip. Upon arrival, the pier usage fee is paid in cash according to local regulations. We will visit places highly appreciated by visitors: Las Tintoreras, a small islet with crevices formed by volcanic activity, inhabited by tiger sharks, marine iguanas, birds such as blue-footed boobies, sea lions, sea turtles, and various species of fish. At the Arnaldo Tupiza Breeding Center, we will observe two of the five subspecies of giant tortoises under the care of park rangers. This center protects tortoise hatchlings from threats such as pigs and donkeys. We will end with a visit to Flamingo Lagoon.
At 7:30 a.m., the day's exciting adventure begins with a 45-minute drive to the Galápagos National Park checkpoint to register the visit. The hike to Sierra Negra and Volcán Chico begins; Sierra Negra is the oldest volcano on Isabela, and its wide, shallow caldera reveals its age. Volcán Chico, located to the northeast, shows geological activity with clearly marked foot and horse trails. During the visit, you will enjoy a box lunch, and in the afternoon, return to the hotel.
The tour begins around 8:00 a.m. with transportation to the pier and a boat ride to the first stop, Roca Unión, a small islet in the open sea where you can see pelicans, Nazca boobies, blue-footed boobies, and sea lions. Afterwards, we sail for about 45 minutes to reach the tunnels of Cabo Rosa, an impressive formation of rocky lava that creates arches over the water. After lunch at a local restaurant, we transfer by speedboat to Santa Cruz Island, a trip that takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, and then head to the hotel to enjoy some time to relax.
After breakfast and at the appointed time, passengers will be picked up from their hotel and transferred to the airport to catch their flight back to the mainland, either to Quito or Guayaquil.
