ITINERARY

Bellavista Cloud Forest Reserve
Early in the morning, passengers will travel to the northwest of the province of Pichincha. Upon arrival at Bellavista Cloud Forest Reserve & Lodge, breakfast will be served surrounded by nature and hummingbirds flying fearlessly close to visitors. Afterwards, there will be a two-hour hike through the primary and secondary forest of the reserve, where a specialized guide will introduce you to various species of flora and fauna native to the cloud forest. The characteristics of this forest are unmatched, as it is the natural habitat of more than 470 species (the highest number of any location in western Ecuador), including many endangered species. It is a place of unique beauty and natural wealth.

Lunch
Lunch is scheduled at the reserve. There will be some time to take a walk around the watering holes and enjoy the display of hummingbirds that regularly visit the lodge.

End of services
At approximately 3:00 p.m., transportation will be provided back to the city of Quito after a day full of adventure.
